Ajoy Kumar Singha is a highly experienced and self-motivated test manager with over 16 years of hands-on testing in various domains and projects. He has worked in FinTech (FIX Protocol, FINRA/OATS/MIFID2/CAT reporting, Hedge funds/Investment banking, Trading & Equities - Liquidnet, MIO Partners, McKinsey), Retail (Dick's Sporting Goods), CMS (IBM Filenet, Wordpress), Media (Viacom), Publishing (Reed Elsevier), and High Tech (Lexis Nexis, Brocade). He is currently working as a Principal Test Engineer at Liquidnet, Inc. (a TP-ICAP company), a top-tier financial tech giant in the New York City area. Ajoy is a data science enthusiast and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt professional. He has founded Talent Plus Plus training initiative and Testing Circus - Software Testing Magazine. He is also working on a new platform for software testing news and blockchain guide. Ajoy has contributed to the development of a UI automation tool, designed the product/framework from the ground up, and it works with any web application. The open-source code is available for use. Ajoy is experienced in hiring and forming test teams, creating testing frameworks, procedures, and standards. He has used Six Sigma (DMAIC) for improving, optimizing, and stabilizing the testing process. He has volunteered for the Indian Testing Board and NCR (Delhi) Software Testers' Monthly Meet. Ajoy is proficient in test, SDET, blockchain, data scientist, UI, web, and Python. He has diverse exposure to various domains, products, and application testing and has performed the role of a tester, coach, lead, and coordinator between offshore and onsite teams.
